This position is responsible for assisting in the management and administration of food and beverage operations at The Hotel Hershey and will be assigned to various outlets subject to need and demand. Your total compensation consists not only of the wage that you are paid but also includes Medical Dental and Vision coverage beginning the first day of the next month after you begin working 401K Contribution paid time off and so much more!Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):Oversee and coordinate all outlet service training. Ensure staff are up to date on training requirements. Conduct regular reviews and updates of standards.*Supervise outlet/ banquet wait staff server assistants buffet runners host(esses) cashiers and dining reservationists. Plan and assign daily goals tasks and assignments in order to meet business demand.*Schedule staff and complete payroll information in adherence with labor budget.*Complete inventories as needed or scheduled. Order and maintain par levels of product inventory.*Monitor service standards to ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards*Maintain guest service and hospitality standards. Lead and direct staff to uphold high service and hospitality standards.*Cross-train and support otherF&B outlets as needed.
