Title: Assistant Performing Area ManagerCalendar:B Year RoundESP Salary Schedule: Range 30 Step 1Hours: Vary not to exceed 29.5/WeekLocation: District WideGeneral PurposeThis position works under the Performing Area Manager by assisting in coordinating and facilitating rentals in Ogden School District auditoriums and various other locations for outside entities. The position will also be responsible for various custodial duties as needed or assigned. Custodial training will take place with the Head and/or Assistant Custodian.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist manager with their responsibilitiesHelp organize maintain and coordinate the use of all equipment and performing areasrelated to performances.Assist with the maintenance of all equipment and help keep in pristine condition.Assist with scheduling appropriate help and crews with individual schools.Cover for Performing Area Manager when they are unable to attend a performance or if more than one performance is scheduled at the same time at different locations.Assist with the training of new crew members as turnover occurs.Attend scheduled performances as needed that take place on District property.Garbage removal.Monthly online safety traing courses related to custodial work are required and mandatory.Vacuuming and cleaning as needed.Trainee under the guidance of the Performing Area ManagerEducation and ExperienceOne (1) year of related experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsThe job occasionally requires light physical exertion including walking standing motor vehicle operation and other forms of light physical activity.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Sales Experience,Direct Sales,retail Experience,Hospitality Experience,Management Experience,Process Improvement,Outside Sales,Team Management,Kaizen,Leadership Experience,Public Speaking,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
