Apply today to join our dedicated team at Beth El Early Learning Center!Requirements:What We’re Looking For:Qualifications:Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).At least 2 years of experience working with young children.Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Skills & Traits:Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility and creativity in working with young children.Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.Additional Info:Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun!Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse/DFC to be considered for employment
