The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.ResponsibilitiesAs a Floater Teacher/ Assiant Teacher youll:Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.Help create a safe nurturing and inspiring classroom environment.Foster childrens social emotional and cognitive development through play-based learning.Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.Maintain classroom organization cleanliness and safety standards.Step into various age groups (Infants Toddlers Preschool) as needed.Demonstrate flexibility teamwork and enthusiasm every day!QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.6 months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.Ready to Make a DifferenceIf youre caring dependable and excited to support young learners in a happy growth-focused environment apply today to join The Learning Experiencewhere Happy Happens Here!
