Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Board certified/eligible in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine or Addiction Medicine, and Adolescent Medicine strongly preferred.Teaching responsibilities may include participation in clinical education of medical students, residents, and fellows as a member of the Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine.Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and outpatient primary and specialty care in Adolescent Medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Multiple sites of practice are available including a primary care practice, specialty care satellite locations and inpatient units and a behavioral health hospital. Unique opportunities are available for applicants interested in an expanding Eating Disorder program.Opportunities to participate in clinical trials or other clinic-based research projects may be available related to continuous quality improvement, health services, health disparities, resiliency, STDs/HIV, pregnancy prevention, substance use, gender, eating disorders, weight regulation, depression, and suicide. Research is not a requirement for AC Track faculty.
