Expertise is required in the specific area of gastrointestinal and general surgery. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. They must also be certified by the American Board of Surgery or foreign equivalent or eligible for such certification.Teaching responsibilities may include education of medical students, residents and fellows.Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient, outpatient and operative care of gastrointestinal and general surgery patients.The clinical practice associated with this position will be located at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
