We seek a dynamic teacher-scholar who can demonstrate successful experience teaching undergraduate Spanish language courses at all levels and the ability to teach intercultural studies courses in English. The teaching load for this position is 3/3. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a leadership role in directing our basic language programs, incorporate high-impact practices and inclusive pedagogy, and oversee curricular and extracurricular activities. Familiarity with and the ability to put into practice ACTFL Standards are essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to engage productively with faculty in a multi-language department that values a variety of perspectives.
