The School of Applied Professional Studies in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) at Arizona State University (ASU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership to begin in the Fall 2026 semester. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to participate in shaping the future of one of ASUs most successful programs helping to redefine leadership education by integrating real-world applications into the curriculum; exploring the implications of emerging technologies for leadership; and teaching students how to build adaptive cultures within todays dynamic work environments. Expectations for this position include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses; engaging in and publishing high-impact research that shapes the field of Organizational Leadership; practicing inclusive teaching and mentoring; and providing service to the unit college and university. Teaching load is typically two (2) courses per semester. Course load and composition are determined by the school director.This is an academic-year appointment with an expected start date of August 2026. This position is a benefits-eligible appointment with tenure implications. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
