Supporting the construction of life sciences facilities located in Manhattan, NY, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Here's what you'll need
10+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects 5+ years managing all phases of construction work and performing in a supervisory capacity Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Analysis of technical/legal questions and analysis of costAbility to manager multiple projects and obtain project’s technical cost and schedule objectivesThorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, preparation of change order review, and review of paymentsExperience with laboratory & technical facilities and/or research & development facilities Ideally, You’ll Also Have: Master’s Degree in architecture, engineering or a related fieldPE licenseRegistered ArchitectOSHA 30 Certification Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
