Job Details
What You'll Do
- Support PM with budget tracking, cost reports, forecasting, and buyout
- Draft and manage change orders from pricing through approval
- Coordinate subcontractors on scope clarifications and compliance
- Lead portions of OAC and subcontractor meetings
- Review pay apps, code invoices, and track project financials
- Oversee closeout items, including punch, O&Ms, and turnover docs
What We're Looking For
- Typically 4-7 years with a GC/CM (PE ? Sr. PE background ideal)
- Comfortable managing cost, schedule, and documentation
- Procore/Bluebeam experience preferred
- Bachelor's in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
