Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors for assigned scopes; track manpower and progress
  • Support schedule execution, weekly lookaheads, and constraint removal
  • Assist with buyout, change management, and cost-to-complete updates
  • Lead OAC prep: agenda, minutes, follow-ups, and commitments tracking
  • Coordinate closeout and turnover planning with field + client teams

Qualifications
  • 4+ years in construction (PE ? APM progression ideal)
  • Experience on ground-up or major renovation projects preferred
  • Comfortable with budgets, change events, and subcontractor management
  • Procore/Bluebeam preferred; strong Excel skills a plus
  • Strong communication and follow-through
