Construction Project Manager Industrial at Teksky

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage all aspects of water treatment plant construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and budget. Coordinate with clients engineers architects regulatory agencies and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity. Oversee procurement activities including obtaining bids negotiating contracts and selecting vendors and subcontractors. Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality safety practices and adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status milestones and budgetary performance. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment providing leadership mentorship and support to project team members. Continuously evaluate project performance identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery. QUALIFICATIONS BA in Construction Management or BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred 5-7 years of past experience as a Project Manager for commercial construction projects Technical knowledge of water treatment processes Leadership skills positive attitude and ability to motivate others Proficiency in project management software (i.e. Procore BlueBeam Primavera P6 Asta Powerproject Microsoft Office) Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
