Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
Participate in preconstruction activities and early planning
Attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
Prepare and manage project documentation:
Change orders
Subcontracts
Meeting minutes
Notices, letters, and memorandums
Cost & Financial Management
Track cost changes and legitimate change order requests
Compile accurate pricing and forecast financial outcomes
Provide feedback to estimating on production costs and constructability
Submittals, Procurement & Materials
Review, process, and expedite submittals
Track lead items and material delivery timelines
Administer design and procurement plans with suppliers, subcontractors, and 2nd/3rd-tier vendors
Gather and organize O&M manuals, product literature, submittals, RFIs, and CSI-formatted documentation
Quality, Safety & Field Support
Maintain quality control and production efficiency
Support field teams in monitoring critical path activities
Ensure jobsite safety procedures are followed
Collaborate with design teams to verify compliance with building codes
BIM & Technology Integration
Support BIM execution, clash detection, and continuous model updates
Incorporate RFI information into BIM model revisions
Assist with design clarification workflows
Performance Objectives

Timely and accurate proposal and documentation submission

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
2+ years of construction experience (preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence
Required Software Proficiency
MS Project or Primavera P6 (scheduling)
Procore or Sage Timberline (construction management)
MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Bluebeam (PDF markups)
