The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of multifamily, woodframe, and residential new construction projects. This position is ideal for a motivated professional ready to contribute to high-quality construction projects in White Plains and Westchester County. Description Assistant Project Manager Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Assist with budget tracking and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Resolve project-related challenges promptly and effectively. Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and changes. Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Knowledge of multifamily, woodframe, residential, and new construction projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
