In this role you will primarily oversee construction management/engineering field staff for the rehabilitation or replacement of electrical systems and components.Role Accountabilities:Complete review and provide feedback for electrical design submissions coordinate with electrical QA/QC and coordinate inspections and comment closeout for various electrical scopes for terminal redevelopment programs.Engage and work with our clients management teams project teams and stakeholders to define gather and coordinate Electrical requirements for airport terminal redevelopment programsEnsure submittals schedules insurance and contract requirements are submitted and approved.Oversee General Contractors and their supply chains to ensure contracted scope is delivered and commissioned on time and to budget reporting status as required.Manage change in a manner that is fair to our clients and their suppliers.Ensure that changes to designs schedule or approved budgets are coordinated and integrated with related programs/projects and budget holders.Identify and mitigate risks to successful program delivery.Required Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in electrical inspectionKey Skills and Abilities:Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). Ability to work with Primavera P6 CAD tools and program management tools essential.A problem solver and goal-oriented individual who understands a clients business needs and able to deliver solutions in a complex stakeholder environment.Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments.Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate experience of working in an oversite role in major construction programs. Construction knowledge/contractor-side experience with the ability to be able to apply information management solutions in the context of complex infrastructure projects.Candidate must meet the requirements to obtain a SWAC ID and an Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) ID.Why ArcadisWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
