The Assistant Sales Manager develops team capabilities, enhances client engagement strategies, and contributes to market growth through disciplined execution and mentorship. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will partner with sales leadership to translate Frontier's ambitious growth targets into actionable team performance. The Assistant Sales Manager's hands-on involvement in coaching, data analysis, and strategy development will be instrumental in building a sales unit capable of dominating its market. Role Requirements for an Assistant Sales Manager Support sales leadership by assisting in supervising staff, setting performance goals, and motivating the team to achieve Frontier's sales targets. Contribute to strategy development by helping design and implement sales plans that expand Frontier's market reach and strengthen brand presence. Provide mentorship by guiding sales representatives, delivering training, and reinforcing best practices in account development and customer engagement. Monitor team performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results. Strengthen client relationships by supporting account management, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring satisfaction with Frontier's fiber, wireless, and bundled solutions. Collaborate with management to align departmental goals with company objectives and contribute to Frontier's long term growth strategy.
