Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYSupports the General Sales Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including sales performance, team leadership, visual merchandising, and customer experience. Compensation: Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. You will be paid an hourly rate of $18.51 per hour, including a commission plan. Employees are also eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly commissions and other incentives based upon individual and store sales performance. According to historical data, if store sales targets are met, employees can reasonably expect to be paid between $17,250 and $30,000 in commissions and other incentives annually, depending on individual sales performance and store sales volume.”Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
