Assistant Store Manager at Red Wing Shoe Company

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall retail operations including recruitment team performance profitably expenses store inventory and merchandising of our flagship stores outlet. This role will promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers.
