Lewis Clark Early Childhood Program (LCECP) is seeking a caring person, who is passionate about education, for an Assistant Teacher position.Position Summary:Our Assistant Teachers are an important part of the classroom team at LCECP, by supporting all the fun, learning and growing that happens in the classroom. We are looking for someone who likes being part of a team and making a difference in childrens lives. We are looking for a caring person, who enjoys a fast-paced job.The Assistant Teacher will be responsible for:Greeting children and families with a smile and a positive attitudeAssist with preparing activities and lesson plansConduct health checks and delivery of health curriculumAssist with potty training, which can include diaper changingContact Human Resources for a full job description.Education Requirement:Associate degree or certification in Child Development or relatedExperience working with children and families in early childhood settings.Must be willing to get further education as needed/required to acquire or maintain skills.Hours will vary by location and can be part-time to full-time.Wage will depend on experience.
