Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription of the role:The Sapling School is currently seeking Assistant Teachers to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting lead teachers in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children.Responsibilities:Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activitiesSupervise and engage with children during playtime and other activitiesSupport children in their academic, social, and emotional developmentAssist with classroom management and ensure a safe and clean environmentRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience working with children preferredPassion for working with young children and supporting their growth and developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weeklyLocation: Franklin Park, NJAbout the Company:The Sapling School is dedicated to providing a high-quality early childhood education experience that fosters a love of learning and prepares children for future success.
