Assistant Unit Manager- OR Endoscopy (1489) at Trinity Health

Assists the Unit Manager in administrating the day-to-day operation of the following departments: Operating Room; Endoscopy Room. Serves as a role model for professional nursing practice. Maintains 24-hour a day line management and responsibility in the administration of personnel fiscal and material resources. Utilizes the hospitals mission to implement system changes in health care delivery that maintain quality patient care and fiscal integrity. Creatively responds to changes in the work setting. Participates in program planning for new projects. Knowledgeable in clinical areas of supervision using defined processes to establish goals and outcomes that reflect systems integration in todays dynamic health care environment. BLS is required within the orientation period. Educational Requirements: RN program as evidenced by licensure. Official diploma or transcript from the school/university where the Degree was received. Experience Requirements: 1-2 Years of clinical nursing is desirable.
