The College seeks acollaborative student-focused educator committed to excellence in teaching scholarship and service.Job Responsibilities Primary ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate courses in Management including Principles of Management Organizational Behavior Human Resource Management Strategic Management and related coursesAdvise and mentor business students particularly Management majorsParticipate in curriculum review and development aligned with contemporary industry practicesContribute to assessment and accreditation activities consistent with IACBE standardsEngage in scholarly and professional development to enhance teaching and subject matter expertiseParticipate in School of Business and College-wide committees recruitment initiatives and community engagementMinimum QualificationsMasters degree in Management Business Administration or a closely related fieldDemonstrated professional experience related to management disciplinesCommitment to high-quality teaching and student success in a diverse academic environmentPreferred QualificationsDoctorate in Management Business Administration or closely related field (completed or ABD)College-level teaching experience (in person and/or online)Evidence of scholarly or applied professional activityFamiliarity with instructional technology and student-centered learning approachesStillman College is a historically Black liberal arts institution committed to academic excellence ethical leadership development and community service.
