DescriptionStillman College invites applications for a full-time nine-month faculty position in Supply Chain Management within the School of Business beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). We seek adynamic student-centered faculty member committed to excellence in teaching scholarship and service.Job Responsibilities Primary ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate courses in Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Procurement and related business coursesAdvise mentor and support Supply Chain Management majors and students pursuing business pathwaysCollaborate in curriculum development to advance a modern and industry-relevant Supply Chain programEngage in assessment and accreditation efforts consistent with IACBE standardsParticipate in School of Business committees faculty meetings student recruitment and community outreachMaintain ongoing scholarly and/or professional engagement in the disciplineContribute to service activities supporting Stillman Colleges mission and strategic prioritiesMinimum QualificationsMasters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Business Administration or a closely related fieldSignificant professional experience in supply chain logistics procurement or operations managementDemonstrated commitment to teaching and supporting diverse student populationsPreferred QualificationsDoctorate in Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Business or related field (completed or ABD)Industry-recognized certifications (e.g. APICS/ASCM CPSM CPIM CLTD PMP Lean Six Sigma)College-level teaching experience (face-to-face and/or online)Evidence of scholarly engagement (research publications presentations or applied practice)Stillman College is a historically Black liberal arts college committed to academic excellence leadership development and community service.
