Daily Mealtimes are at 8:30 am, Noon, 5:00pmResponsibilities:Plan and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences of residentsEnsure meals are served hot, fresh, and on timeMaintain a clean and organized kitchen areaCollaborate with the dietary team to create menus and special event mealsMonitor food inventory and order supplies as neededAdhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelinesProvide excellent customer service and interact with residents in a friendly and professional mannerQualifications:Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare settingKnowledge of basic cooking techniques and nutrition guidelinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbout Us:Farmstead Living is a premier assisted living community located in Moorhead, MN.
