Headquartered in Atlanta Georgia Novelis has approximately 13000 employees in 32 operating facilities on 4 continents.Responsibilities & QualificationsActively participate in elements of safety systemEnsure compliance to environmental requirementsPerform material handling activities mostly with a craneEnsure mechanical properties by sampling alloying and skimming as necessaryTransfer molten metal from the Holders to pits at a rate that balances quality and productivity requirements.Maintains molds ABF ACD build bedsEnsure traceability via production documentation ingot marking shipping documents.Ship ingots to support delivery requirementsDocument ingot non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Record databaseKeep all work areas clean and brightWork schedule consists of 12.5 hour 2-2-3 shift including nights and weekends.Benefits include medical prescription drug dental life insurance and savings and retirement.Location ProfileNovelis Greensboro facility is located in Greensboro Georgia.
