Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique regional culture.We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Account Executive.Job Purpose:To assist Account Executives in processing daily account activity. To provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.Functions & Responsibilities:Solicit renewal information from client.Update all renewals including policy applications and policy billing.Prepare renewal proposals.Invoice all new business renewals and policy change requestsProcess all cancellations including updating policy billing screen and invoicingProcess all renewals/change requests/cancellationsFollow up for policies outstanding policy changes/endorsementsRequest loss runs as needed for renewal new business and claims meetingsClose out activities of Account Executives when processing is completedSend policies to history and make clients inactive when appropriateEnter all appropriate activities in the system in conjunction with processingMake calls to companies when there are problems/questions pertaining to processingAssists in maintaining expiration reportsProficiency in accessing all company systems/websites to obtain all necessary information in the processing proceduresSend letters to clients confirming specific policy activityIssue Certificates of InsurancePerform other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.Ability to effectively communicate with clients and underwriters.Qualifications:2-5years related experience with broker or carrierBachelors degree preferred.Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skillsAbility to understand analyze and research different lines of insuranceComputer ProficiencyAbility to work within designated time framesGood interpersonal skillsThe expected salary range for this position is $38.46/hr - $41.55/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.Department Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: NegligibleRequired Education: Bachelors degree (4-year degree)HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity national origin religion age color sex sexual orientation gender identity disability or veterans status or any other characteristic protected by local state or federal laws rules or regulations.E-Verify ProgramWe endeavor to make this website accessible to any and all users.
