A Day In The Life

As our Associate Account Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
  • Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary.
  • Department scanning.
  • Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 1 year of experience
  • Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
  • Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $37,440 to $67,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
