What your day-to-day looks like as an Associate Account Manager: The Associate Account Manager will use face-to-face sales approaches to drive customer engagement and campaign reach. Represent and promote client products and services directly to clients in commercial settings. Develops client relationships by understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions. Support fellow Associate Account Managers through collaboration, participation and progress tracking. Take part in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication and sales skills. Assist growth efforts by identifying referral opportunities and potential upsells. Skills And Attributes Required For The Associate Account Manager: Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management is a plus. Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting client needs. Ability to support team goals while taking responsibility for individual performance. Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust through listening. Strong attention to detail and confidence when presenting information. A willingness to learn, improve and apply feedback.
