Every Associate Account Manager is expected to: Lead and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and team goals. Supervise daily client-facing activities with AT&T wireless, internet, and VOIP products. Coach team members on effective sales strategies and client engagement. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Collaborate with management to plan campaigns and outreach initiatives.
