Job Details

Well-established full-service firm seeking a 2-3 year Commercial Litigation Associate for hands-on case management and meaningful courtroom exposure.

What you'll do:

Manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and assist with trial prep
Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy

What they're looking for:

2-3 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong writing and research skills
Ability to manage matters independently
Estate litigation experience is a plus (will train!)
