For over 20 years Schweitzer Law Partners, APC has been protecting the futures of families and divorcing couples. Our firm is positioned to handle any legal need a family has through every stage of life. Our firm is looking for an associate attorney with a strong desire to practice family law.

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities involve managing a case load and being responsible for all aspects of client's matters, including, but not limited to handling consultations, preparation of pleadings and discovery, making court appearances, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications:

Law Degree from an accredited law school

License to practice law in the State of California

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

All applicants must be able to:

Handle multiple cases

Work as part of a team

Great Punctuality and Attendance

Work in a fast-paced environment

Make court appearances on a regular basis

Experience:

2-5 years practicing law
