A nationally recognized, multi-office defense law firm is actively hiring a Litigation Associate (5+ years) to join its Dallas office. Job Details

What You'll Do:
Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and case strategy memos
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial prep
Partner directly with clients and carriers on evaluations + risk strategy
Coordinate expert discovery and trial witnesses

What You Have:
JD from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar
5+ years of civil litigation experience (state + federal preferred)
Experience handling cases end-to-end (not just research support)
Strong writing skills + ability to manage deadlines
Team mindset, professionalism, and a client-first approach
General liability / bodily injury/casualty defense background
Experience with carriers, evaluations, exposure analysis, and mediation positioning
Trial prep/courtroom experience
