Job Details

Position: Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Experience Level: Open to various experience levels

Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
Appear at hearings and depositions
Maintain communication with carriers, employers, and clients
Negotiate settlements and evaluate exposure
Prepare legal analysis and case strategy updates
