Job Details We are looking for a Civil Defense Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-growing litigation team handling a mix of complex defense matters. What You'll Be Doing: Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception through resolution Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses Develop a case strategy and work directly with clients Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep Work closely with partners on high-exposure and complex litigation Practice Areas Include: Construction defect Trucking General liability Premises liability Personal injury defense Insurance-related matters What They're Looking For: 5+ years of civil litigation defense experience Strong deposition and motion practice experience Ability to manage cases independently Trial experience or strong trial exposure is a plus Texas Bar admission required Interested in hearing more?
