ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – STRUCTURED FINANCE Location: Washington, DCHYBRID Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Structured Finance Practice in Washington, DC. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated financing transactions, including complex securitizations and warehouse lending facilities, within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, in good standing2–3 years of substantive transactional law experienceExperience in structured finance and securitization transactions strongly preferredExperience drafting complex lending agreements, including warehouse credit facilitiesAbility to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detailSoft skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate complex lending agreements and related financing documentationSupport securitization and structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classesAssist with warehouse credit arrangements and related collateral and financing mattersManage multiple active matters simultaneously and coordinate with attorneys and colleagues across practice groupsConduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to support financing structures and market developments Why Join Us?This role presents an outstanding opportunity to join a highly-regarded Structured Finance practice within a leading international law firm.
