Over the past 50 years, the firm has provided experience and legal services, primarily as a defense firm for the insurance industry, but currently offers a full range of litigation expertise in the area of automobile and motor carrier liability, construction litigation, professional liability, real estate litigation, product liability, contract disputes and litigation, premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, as well as criminal law and family law.The firm is an AV firm rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts. We are regularly engaged in practice in both Tennessee and Georgia.The firm is located in downtown Chattanooga, giving us easy access for our clients and to the local courts. Chattanooga, Tennessee is strategically located approximately two hours from Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville.Interested candidates must be licesned to practice in Tennessee or Georgia.
