A growing South Florida law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its litigation and transactional practice. This position offers hands-on experience handling a variety of real estate, business, and commercial matters while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, courtroom experience, and a desire to develop a long-term career representing businesses, property owners, investors, landlords, and individuals throughout Florida.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain regular client communication.
- Assist with case strategy development and litigation planning.
- Review and draft contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and related business documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation and transactional matters.
- Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines.
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business law, or related practice areas.
- Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
