Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Law at Law Firm

We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking to hire a motivated and driven Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 0-3 years of experience who is eager to learn, develop strong litigation skills, and grow within a fast-paced practice.

About the Role

The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and play a key role in case development and litigation support. Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and responding to discovery
• Drafting motions and other legal pleadings
• Assisting with case strategy and legal research
• Supporting litigation and pre-trial preparation
• Handling other legal tasks as assigned in personal injury matters

This is a hands-on position designed for someone who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and long-term growth in personal injury law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada or pending admission
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a team environment

Compensation

• $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
