Drive hotel shuttle to/from Airport and other destinations. May take messages arrange or give advice on transportation business services or entertainment or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance. Must have a valid drivers license.Responsibilities:Greet guests and assist with transporting luggage to and from roomsTag store and retrieve luggage accurately and securelyEscort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities room features and safety proceduresProvide directions assist with local area information and support guest transportation needsRespond to guest requests for luggage assistance room changes or lost itemsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events to guide guests accordinglyDeliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards at all timesHMC is an equal opportunity employer.
