Job Title: Associate Attorney Location: Onsite Tampa FL Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: $90000 annually Position Overview Our client a highly rated legal organization is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 5 years of litigation experience to join their Tampa office. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Florida able to manage a high-volume caseload and experienced in areas such as Auto Replevin Collections and the Impound process. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Handle a high-volume litigation caseload efficiently and professionally. Attend hearings conduct depositions and participate in trials. Oversee and manage support staff assigned to cases. Negotiate settlements and engage with clients proactively. Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress through the legal process. Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firms service standards.
