Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking an Associate Content Manager who is curious, methodical and process oriented to support and grow their Sales Enablement mission. This role is broad and touches anything "content" necessary to build a knowledgeable, trusted customer-centric community.
In this role, you will help champion the content needs of direct sellers and distributors.
You will partner with Brand Managers, Product Lines/Business Units and other ADI functional areas to develop scalable content structures, enhance site functionality, and improve content delivery mechanisms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about content organization and excited in an innovative B2B environment.
This position sits in the Customer Learning & Enablement team which provides the infrastructure and methodology needed to deliver impactful content that equips ADI's sellers with insights for value-based customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous content experience is not required for this role but you must be process-oriented, analytical and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. - Ensure the Sales Enablement platform functions as designed
- Support daily operations including troubleshooting anomalies, managing and resolving support tickets and generating reports
- Gather and synthesize feedback on platform functionality, workflows, user interface, etc. to drive continuous improvements
- Identify content gaps based on understanding user needs, behavior and usage patterns
- Support the sales process by creating curated documents
- Analyze existing content to identify opportunities for improvement in subject matter, structure, searchability, and AI readiness
- Execute content standards that support key business objectives and strategies
- Apply content management best practices and guidelines, including governance models, authoring procedures, metadata schema, and taxonomies
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to define the next generation content experience

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience supporting or managing projects

- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
