The Corporate Development Analyst will support various aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and relevant industry research including strategic assessment financial modeling valuation due diligence and integration. Boeing is an active participant in the M&A market having completed numerous transactions in recent years.The Corporate Development Analyst will assist in financial modeling analysis and valuation of M&A opportunities and support Boeings Corporate Development activities. This role will involve assisting with due diligence investigations assessing market and industry dynamics and evaluating the capabilities and performance of target companies. The Analyst will also help prepare presentations for M&A decision-making and communications.This position is expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating in a team environment. Effective coordination and support of business units and constructive engagement with colleagues across the enterprise are critical components of the job.
