Associate Dean Of Graduate Programs at Florida Memorial University

The Associate Dean of Graduate Programs assist school/academic deans with the management of administrative functions of graduate programs. Collaborates with the Provost Office and Deans on planning college strategic initiatives and supports recruitment and fundraising for graduate programs at the University. Provides leadership in areas of graduate programs development institutional assessment and improvement of graduate programs and graduate faculty development.Essential Functions:Oversees graduate programs in collaboration with school/academic deans.Provide strategic planning to support recruitment retention and completion of graduate programs.Manage programs/curriculum development of graduate program and studies.Manage graduate programs assessments and learning platforms.Ensure graduate faculty development.Collect review and analyze data related to graduate program.Minimum Requirements:Ph.
