You will: Lead your own program Build and grow your team Make fast decisions See the impact of your work right away What You'll Do: Lead the nursing program (faculty, students, outcomes) Support accreditation and compliance Hire, coach, and grow your faculty team Improve student success and NCLEX results Build strong clinical partnerships Help expand the program and future cohorts Position: Full-time/40-hours per week Salary: $110-120k per year. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8a-5p Days Shift Bonus: We accept mulitstate RN license and offer Sign-on and Relocation bonus.
