Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:This position is responsible for day-to-day success of a segment of the organization’s operations in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Participates with other organizational leaders to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures for the organization.Ensures employee conformance to established guidelines and provides proper direction and training.Works to analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution.Ensures that all employees within area of responsibility are working toward a common goal and are meeting functional goal simultaneously.Identifies roadblocks and provides assistance in developing work around opportunities for team members.Develops and tracks budgetary guidelines on a weekly basis, presenting results to leadership.Works cooperatively with senior level clients to build and maintain relationships.Works cooperatively with other senior team members to ensure the company’s objections are being met.Develops and implements both short-, and long-term goals for organization.Demonstrates the ability to train, motivate, mentor, and retain personnel in order to balance staffing strengths with profitability and organizational growth.Constantly monitors and adjusts business segment financial projections.Performs other duties as required by leadership.Requirements:SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manages staff with a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid conflict resolution and people management skills.- Organizes and participates in group meetings.- Supervises teams with integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.- Responds to high pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor.- Ensures conformance to policies and procedures.- Completes performance reviews as assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.At least 8 years of experience with large customer interface preferred in construction, retail/restaurant industry.Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and project projections.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:Strategic Mindset – Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.Plans & Aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Drives Results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.Builds Effective Teams – Building strong-identify teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.Instills Trust – Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
