And have a lot of fun doing it!Join us in Washington DC as our Associate Director of Sales leading the Sales Team while driving your own sales goals. Though the role is remote success depends on being active in the market by nurturing vendor and venue partnerships and developing new relationships.About the JobAs an Associate Director of Sales at Access you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of a division of the Sales team to ensure that key objectives and revenue goals are met in our Northeast market.What Youll Be DoingAchieve sales metrics through thoughtful and strategic leadershipDevelop and train on effective sales strategiesMaintain and build strategic partnerships with key customers including hotel partnersLead in the hiring training and development a high-performing sales teamLiaison with all department leadersConduct annual and bi-annual reviews of all Sales department team members and giverecommendations for promoting and disciplineEducate/motivate team members to hit key company and individual sales performance indicatorsProvide accurate and timely sales forecasting on a quarterly/annual basisDefine and refine ongoing sales training for new and tenured team membersEngage with clients when appropriate during pre-sale development and execution stages in order toincrease overall win rate and percentage of repeat businessUphold the Access Values (Imagine First Demand Integrity Embody Excellence AlwaysCollaborate Service Obsession)Work with Managing Director to create synergy among all departmentsAbout AccessAccess is a women-owned and women-led destination management company that collaborates with clients to design and execute corporate events and programs.
