The Associate Director oversees ongoing data feeds maintains and enhances current reporting leads new report development and oversees reporting quality. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including finance distribution field teams clinical teams marketing market access diagnostics and distribution/contracting. The Associate Director assists in triaging issues to the appropriate external and internal parties and interfaces with our Patient CRM and data aggregation partners. This role supports the Patient Services Model including reimbursement patient assistance programs and co-pay assistance programs and provides decision support where needed across the commercial organization.The Opportunity to Make a Difference Responsible for ongoing patient and payer reporting and data management for cross-functional partners across the commercial organization.Acts as the quality lead and technical expert ensuring that reporting meets best practices and leverages standard well-defined business rules.Serves as a subject matter expert for Sareptas patient and payer dataGuides the development testing and implementation of any updates/changes to the Patient CRM system data aggregation or onboarding of new partners and assesses downstream impacts.Works with software vendors to integrate any new data feedsmonitorsongoing operations andis responsible forissue resolution.Automates andimprovesbusiness processesfor efficiency gainswhere possible andassistsin launch preparations as needed.Develops new alerting and reporting to support business needs and tomonitorprogram compliance.Works closely with the reimbursement team and distribution partners to troubleshoot issues and providea high levelof service tointernal stakeholders.Acts in complete and total compliance with all laws regulations and Sarepta policies.Additionalresponsibilitiesincluding project managementand decision support as needed to support the U.S. commercial organization.More about You Bachelors degreeMastersdegree preferred;A degree in general business health sciences public health analytics or a related field is preferred.9 years of experiencewithbiopharma with at least 2 years in a patient/market access-focused role.AdvancedSQL and Tableau experience.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong listening verbal and written communication skills.What Now Were always looking for solution-oriented critical thinkers.So if youre comfortable with ambiguity and candor relish challenging yourself and place kindness and integrity at the forefront of how you approach your peers and work then we encourage you to apply.#LI-Hybrid#LI-ES1This position is hybrid you will be expected to work on site at one of Sareptas facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.The targeted salary range for this position is $156000 - $195000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges.
