Work Flexibility: Field-basedWork Flexibility: Field-basedWhat You Will Do - As an Associate Field Service Representative you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions.Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule.Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.Achieve and maintain a high level of performance allowing Stryker to meet and exceed the companys financial goals and performance metrics.Collaborate with senior-level Field Service Representatives and Stryker Salesteams.Manage and control field inventory tools test equipment technical documentation and other assigned equipment.Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to field service reports expense reports and service checklists.Travel and assist in other Field Service team members territories; instruct/train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment software and hardware upgrades/updates; installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions road shows and cadaver labs or seminars.What You Need - Required - High school diploma or equivalent3 years of relevant experienceFlexibility of hours based on business needComputer literacyPreferred - Associate or bachelors degreePrevious experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacityTravel Percentage: 80%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
