With offices across North America we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the worlds leading professional services firm Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day inthe life:AsanClient ServiceManager within the Employee Health & Benefitsteamyoullutilizeyour exceptional client servicing skills tomaintainand expand client relationships.You will collaborate with the sales teamcarriersand the client toestablishand renew benefit plans to meet the clients needs.You will also perform varied service functions such as employee open enrollment meetings wellnessoptionsand other day-to-dayserviceto ensure the clients needs and expectations are met.This job is approximately 70% internal and 30% client interfacing including frequent client discussions participation in strategymeetingsand makingpresentations to decision makers and employees.In addition this role includes coordination and active participation in the advancement of Wellness drivers for assigned clients as well as other clients asrequested.AllClient ServiceManagers are expected toparticipatein continuing education tomaintaintheirlicenses stay current with all regulations and enhance insurance knowledge.Our future colleague:Wedlove to meet you if your professionaltrack recordincludes the following:ActiveLife and HealthlicenseBuilding andmaintainingstrong relationships with colleagues and clientsStrong knowledge of plan designs from varied carriers in the marketplaceManaging accounts through the calendar year life cycleAssistingclients with federal and state law compliance and interpreting contractual languageCoordinating and completing the marketing process for new and renewal group business including compiling census data benefit planssolicitingquotesmonitoringrequests corresponding with carriers and preparing renewal proposals and presentations.Preparing employee communications as well as organizing and conducting enrollmentmeetings;Managing re-enrollment forms and reviewing contracts and summary plandescriptions;Meeting via conference calls or in person with the carriers and the client to stay on track and cover all aspects of implementationRequirements:Life and Health LicenseExceptionaloral and written communication and relationship building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct presentations and speak to diverse groupsHigh levelofproficiencywith Microsoft Office products including WordExceland PowerPoint as well as agency management systems and web browser softwareExceptional time management and organization skillsanddemonstratedability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyTheseadditionalqualifications are a plus but notto apply:Bachelors Degree in Risk Management Business Administration or other related fieldsInsurance designationsWe know there are excellent candidates who might not checkall ofthese boxes.Dontbe shy.
