Are you ready to join usThis role is part of Alcons Quality & Regulatory Affairs function a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global local and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly.The Associate II Quality Assurance Compliance is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in Quality Assurance Compliance ensuring quality control practices are implemented and managing Quality Systems Complaints and Supplier Quality Management processes at our Manufacturing location in Houston TX.In this role a typical day will include:Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced projects in Quality Assurance complianceEnsure effective implementation of quality control practices and principlesManage Quality Systems Management Complaints Management and Supplier Quality Management processesEnsure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Health Authority Alcon Quality Manual requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standardsMake significant decisions within project areas influencing outcomesFacilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processesConduct audits and advise on policyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principlesAdhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining accurate and complete documentation and ensuring rigorous quality controlComplete all required training and meet individual job requirementsContribute to the overall compliance of the organization by committing to continuous improvement and regulatory complianceAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining accurate and complete documentation ensuring rigorous quality control and completing all required training.
